Microcontroller Overview
Cyan's applications solutions are built upon the Company's low powered, feature rich microcontrollers that are based on a 16-bit Harvard architecture.
These microcontrollers are highly flexible and rich in on-chip peripherals, including USB and Ethernet. They are available in a range of packages so enabling the customer to balance the demands of cost and features.
eCOG1X
This range of devices are highly configurable, with options including combinations of USB 2.0 OTG interface, 10/100 Mbps Ethernet MAC and analogue I/O. Each combination is available with 512KB of Flash and 24KB of SRAM.
eCOG16
The eCOG16E01 is a high performance 16-bit microcontroller with 64kB of Flash and 8 KB of SRAM. It was designed for low cost, small size and efficient instruction set, with a useful set of common peripheral functions. With Cyan's new CyCore CPU at its heart the MCU is able to acheive new performance and power efficiency benchmarks.
