eCOG16E01
The eCOG16E01 is a high performance 16-bit microcontroller with 64 KB of Flash and 8 KB of SRAM. It was designed for low cost, small size and efficient instruction set, with a useful of common peripheral functions. With Cyan's new CyCore CPU at its heart the MCU is able to achieve new performance and power efficiency benchmarks.
